Drivalia UK Limited (“we” or “the Company”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Drivalia S.p.A (Italy), The parent Drivalia S.p.A is fully owned by CA Auto Bank S.p.A, a licensed Bank in Italy, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance SA, part of Crédit Agricole SA, a French banking group.
CA Auto Bank S.p.A. has its head office in Italy and operates across Europe and North Africa.
This statement sets out the steps taken to remove, as far as possible the risk of modern slavery taking place in our supply chain or any part of our business under section 54 Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our business
Drivalia UK Ltd, formerly known as ER Capital Ltd, was a family run business incorporated on 29th October 2012, On the 23rd of July 2021, ER Capital Ltd became part of the CA Auto Bank, which was then known as FCA Bank Group. The acquisition of ER Capital Ltd has allowed the Group to enter the short-term rental sector in the UK, expanding further its operations across Europe.
Today Drivalia, with its branches / Mobility Stores located at most important UK airports and cities, is a modern and dynamic company in the short-term rental and mobility sector, thanks to the products and services provided to its customers.
Our supply chains
Drivalia UK Ltd is committed to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of the business. The Company is committed to sustainability and promotes the requirement to consider social safeguards and human rights when selecting suppliers as well as implementing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in the supply chains.
The Company supply chains include:
- Drivalia S.p.A (Italy) which provides the funds required for the Company to operate in the short-term rental market.
- Drivalia Lease UK Ltd Providing access to Long Term Vehicle Rental and Vehicle Supply.
- Brokers A broker is an individual or entity that acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers in various financial transactions.
- Franchisee Network A franchisee is an individual or entity that enters into a contractual agreement with a franchisor to operate a business using the franchisor’s brand, products, and business model. This contractual agreement grants the franchisee the right to use the franchisor’s trademarks, logos, and business processes in exchange for payment of fees and royalties.
- Suppliers of IT, drivers, and equipment are essential partners that the business engages with to fulfill specific operational needs. IT suppliers provide hardware, software, and services to support the organisation’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, cybersecurity, and data management. Driver suppliers offer staffing solutions, facilitating efficient and safe transportation operations. Equipment suppliers provide machinery, tools, and other resources required, enabling us to carry out activities effectively and efficiently.
- Professional service suppliers such as legal, accounting, consulting, marketing, human resources, and other professional services tailored to meet specific business needs.
Our approach to modern slavery and human trafficking
Drivalia Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. Consistent with the Company’s values, warranties are introduced into new and renewed supplier contracts to the effect that the supplier is compliant with the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Due diligence processes
The Company is confident that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking taking place directly within the business due to the skill level of employees typically engaged.
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and/ or human trafficking, when on boarding a new supplier, the Company is carrying out adequate due diligence as part of the Tender and Purchasing process.
Our Intermediary oversight programme also includes checks on our retailer network to monitor compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and statement requirements.
Training and further steps
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, the Company is providing periodic training for staff and, in particular, those who engage with the Company’s suppliers.
For 2024, the Company intends to continue staff training on an annual basis, on-going due diligence and monitoring of its suppliers and third parties, to strengthen the oversight of its Retailers and Brokers network and to carry out further risk assessments as part of the wider Company’s approach to risk management.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 as approved by the Board of Directors.
